Sealwise WCB seating benches

Teknomek have teamed up with Sealwise to offer our new range of furniture made from Sealwise unique Waterproof Construction Board (WCB), ideal for use in Laboratories and other critical environments.

Sealwise WCB provides an ideal solution for Laboratories and Lab environments with its lifetime Anti-bacterial, with Sealwise Protect (Silver Ion), coating built into each sheet of WCB, giving protection from deadly bacteria, such as e-Coli, MRSA, Listeria and Salmonella.

As well as its anti-bacterial credentials, Sealwise WCB is designed to be 100% waterproof, not just water resistant, ensuring no damage to the material by water ingress, spillages, mould or bacterial growth, and no expansion of the material. This, combined with its overall durability, lightweight flexibility and high chemical resistance, makes Sealwise WCB ideal for environments where contamination control and maintaining a hygienic culture is critical.

Sealwise WCB allows for seamless furniture construction with its patented W14 joining system, which chemically welds WCB boards together to provide a homogenous, long lasting and sturdy seal, meaning limited fixings and no dirt traps, ensuring an easy clean product which will minimise clean down times. This also adds to the flexibility of the Sealwise range, with hundreds of potential hygienic furniture applications across the critical environment sectors.

Sealwise WCB uses a 100% recycled material to create the core, with 100% virgin material on the outer surfaces to create a sustainable product that not only uses recycled material, but is itself recyclable.

Teknomek Sealwise WCB products come with a Teknomek blue edging as standard, but can also be customised to any colour – including black. For even more customisable options, the Sealwise WCB allows full colour printing with any messaging you may require – ideal for First Aid cupboards, locker door identification and much more.
