Our UV knife steriliser protects your knives from bacteria proliferation. This hygienic steriliser features a UV sterilising cabinet for knives, built in 304 stainless steel with a magnetic support. Moreover, the cabinet’s operation is timer-controlled: introduce the knives in the support to turn on the lamp. After the preset time the knives are sterilised and ready for use

Thanks to a lamp releasing germicide UV rays and converting oxygen to ozone, this device can completely destroy germs and bacteria. The knives need to be washed before being placed in the cabinet for optimal results.

Our uv steriliser has 10-20 knives capacity and also a lockable door option.
