Stainless steel is very much our thing, so when we designed and manufactured our multi-purpose screen, there was no other material that came close – especially when considering the kind of environments it would have to perform in. Because it’s not just made to separate work areas, it’s also built to assist in clean down routines and protect against spray back.
But why does a screen need to be manufactured from stainless steel? Well, it doesn’t always. Our competitors offer various vinyl plastic versions, but if you want the best material for strength, hygiene and anti-corrosive properties for your screens, 304-grade stainless steel is the way to go.
One single piece of 1,200mm x 1,000mm, 2mm thick 304-grade stainless steel turns our screen into a shield of strength. Fully welded with a sloping top and a 300mm floor clearance, everything has been designed to make cleaning quick and easy too.
