If required, we will visit a site and advise on the best way to meet objectives. Our in-house Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) team can turn any sketches into reality and 3D drawings bring designs to life and allow customers to maximise space efficiency and make alterations in real time. Along the way, each project is expertly crafted in our factory and modified to fit any customer’s requirements with most bespoke items turned around within 10 working days after approval of design.

Our products are built to last, manufactured to exacting standards with highly-skilled precision welding of quality stainless steel, remaining reliable and hygienic in even the harshest of manufacturing environments. With a self-healing film, our standard 304-grade stainless steel – used unless stated – is an essential material in preventing contamination. Alongside nickel, this film - a protective layer of chromium oxide - allows any surface to retain its hygienic properties even when damaged.
The Tungsten Inert Gas welding process used by Teknomek’s welders ensures products avoid common surface-breaking defects arising in weldments, which can fail to meet hygienic requirements. Precise welding avoids susceptibility to localized corrosion, a factor in contamination and poor hygiene standards.

Working alongside the Chamber of Commerce, we are also able to export our goods worldwide.
