The sturdy and hygienic trolley is now in service, providing both hot and cold food, such as soup or jacket potatoes and salad dishes.
The trolley is fitted with large non-marking castors to protect floor surfaces and it moves easily through any standard door frame, to allow the food to be brought to the consumer. Alternatively, the trolley can be used as a self service counter.
It also contains a generous restocking area under the serving counter, including a 1/1 gastronorm in a thermal box, that allows for quick restocking. Easy to lift out gastronorm trays give access to all areas for cleaning and a quick turn-around when changing food dishes.
